Example 3

‘If we don’t maintain our military forces and curtail individual freedoms, terrorists will have free reign and come to destroy our beloved country.’

Here we’re looking at the false dilemma presented to justify military forces to remain active, for funds to be invested in them, by feeding the fear of terrorism and war visiting upon us.

It would seem to me, that so long as there are guns, so long as machines of warfare are produced and placed in the hands of some or other military force – that then, we can expect these arms to be utilized at some point in time. Even if they are said to only be meant for ‘peace operations’ – to go to some other country and break up quarrels there – you’re trying to fight fire with fire. So-called legitimate armies only perpetuate the production of arms – which can really end up anywhere. What use do we have in the 21st century to shoot people with bullets? Why have we not yet stopped global weapon production? If Human Rights are at all regarded as important – and if you value your own life – you have reason to do so – then isn’t the production of deadly weapons the first gross violation of these rights? Really – if we were actually interested in peace operations – we wouldn’t shoot bullets –but we’d use tranquilizer guns. When people revert to violence to solve a conflict, obviously, they’ve been unable to communicate and direct their problems effectively. Is it really going to solve ANYTHING to go kill them? Is it really those individuals that are the problem that they must be taken out, done away with – or are they just so tired of a particular problem that they see no other way than to take out their rage through aggression on others? Are we solving anything by taking out the individuals without addressing the real issue? If you must bring guns – then at least just use tranquilizer guns – it will stop the fighting all the same – people can’t kill when they’re sleeping.

Anyhow – we’re not going to create peace on Earth if we’re going to continue producing the means with which to wage war. We suggest within the Living Income Guaranteed proposal that all countries dismantle their weapon-production industries and declare an overall ban on weapons. We should be ashamed of ourselves that we haven’t done so already – it’s the minimum requirement for peace AND the first step in honoring the right to life. Military spending could then be re-allocated towards funding a Living Income Guaranteed, or taxes could simply reduced.









Rather than meddling in foreign affairs under the banner of ‘promoting peace and democracy elsewhere’ – would it not be more productive to stand as an example within one’s own country first – to create a political and economic model that is sustainable and honors the rights of each citizen – and show other countries how they can achieve the same?

One can point at the waves of democratization, but they were never genuine – western countries going to undemocratic regimes and forcing them to ‘democratize’ or else they won’t receive any more funding – and what’s more – “please arrange your economy so that it will better suit our needs”.

In the meantime, which of the countries maintaining armies for so-called peace operations and which of the countries ‘helping other countries become democratic’ has in fact eradicated poverty at home? None.

One cannot claim the right to instruct others when one hasn’t absolutely proven to stand as an example of peace, support and care oneself. Allowing poverty and destitution within one’s own country deprives one of this right.

Day 254: Only for the Brave: Living Income Guaranteed and the End of Warfare

Q: Within my studies I touched upon international relations and there is a point I learned about which I see could be a concern regarding the point of the redirection of military budgets.

The point is similar to a point in the animal kingdom where the majority of decisions/disagreement/tension is resolved not through actual violent interaction, but rather through intimidation with large size, vicious displays etc... where one animal simply submits within self-preservation.

The USA has a large capacity for such intimidation which can be seen as preventing attacks from its smaller and less capable 'enemies' due to the fact that the US can annihilate them and they do not have the means to prevent this or retaliate in any substantial way. If the USA redirected the military budget, many could look at this as a form of weakening/weakness placing the USA in a more vulnerable position to be attacked due to its lessened ability to intimidate others or defend itself.

A: The offense-defense game in international political affairs is played by creating a continuous process of intimidation through potential military interventions by the world’s hegemons/ world powers upon nations that represent an obstacle to their expansionist greed. This is how ‘pseudo enemies’ are deliberately created to give continuation to a warfare industry that enables profit to be made upon these constant calls for the necessity to intervene in the name of peace and democracy in other countries or defend themselves from 'potential terrorist attacks' which is mostly a fabrication of such threat to keep the military industry in place.

  This continuous provocation forces the nations ‘under the mire’ to arm themselves as well to have the means for defense. This ever present tension between nations is what creates the belief that each nation should always be ready and prepared to go to war, when in fact wars only represent the interests of a few that benefit from it, since war is always implying death and destruction using the public’s opinion as manufactured consent to support it in the name of fighting against terrorism and national defense; other reasons include fighting certain nations that do not comply to the views of imperialist-powers and so represent  an obstacle to their own imperial position. However throughout history we’ve witnessed how wars are justified consent to commit crimes against humanity including the use of tax payer’s money to fund such destructive enterprises.

 For example, If the USA redirected their military budget to fund a Living Income Guaranteed,  those with common sense would not perceive it as a weakness, not intimidating and invading others  for the sole profit of few corporate elites, realizing that the nation is already having a weak economy due to most of the funds being directed for military purposes for the illegitimate benefit of a few, instead of strengthening the economy at home if such funds would support individual's financial security.

Q: I can see a point of fear wherein citizens might resist this point due to being seen as a militarily weak country vulnerable to being taken over, having resources taken or populations enslaved, much like the US and other countries have perpetrated in weaker countries in the form of such things as colonization in all its dimensions.

How can this fear be addressed?

Do you think that this is a real threat that could actually happen? If so, what do you suggest as a counter measure?
A: The fear of attack from outsiders is a propaganda-point in order to gain public support for wars that only have economic interests for few elites behind them. Instead of going to wars, the US and other power nations could focus on signing International treaties and create a sustainable global economy through implementing LIG in each nation, so that no wars are required to keep a non-sustainable economy at survival state. When the people of imperialist regimes grasp the real agenda behind the militarism and wars and do not participate in invasions and occupations, other countries no longer feel they have to protect themselves from the bullies/power nations of the world, the propensity for war will be significantly reduced.

Day 117: The Apple doesn’t Fall Far from the Tree - Part 2

I commit myself to show that the world will only change by example – where those with the necessary means have to walk the example within responsible for other to see, realise and understand that it is in fact possible to create a world of responsibility, sustainability and actual care for one another

I commit myself to show that wanting to have another to change their ways without changing one’s own is completely ineffective and as such one should first investigate where self is not yet standing completely effective so that one can stand as the living examples where one expects nothing less than from what is expected from self

I commit myself to show that the world hasn’t changed in anyway whatsoever for the better, but only ever for the worse and within that I commit myself to in fact change the world for the better within taking responsibility for the mess we created and putting into a place of actual support as the Equal Money System

I commit myself to show that due to the inherent global nature of our economic system, everyone is responsible for anything happening anywhere in the world and so to enforce change will always start with self first – and so it is not to point fingers at other countries but to investigate how one is contributing to the problem and sort oneself out to live as an example

I commit myself to show that it is not okay to simply ‘walk away’ from an abusive past such as enslaving and colonising other people/countries and then getting them indebted in order to sort out the mess that we’ve created – it is time to take responsibility – not to push people/countries/nations down – but to assist and support them unconditionally, without expecting any form of financial gain

I commit myself to show that the Equal Money System is the only valid solution for a world as fucked as ours – to for a moment assist and support us in changing our ways until we no longer have to dependent on a system to guide us – but in fact live the solution as ourselves in every way

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to take full responsibility for myself and existence as myself – as it is the outflow of my acceptances and allowances and is thus in fact me

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ‘not care’ within not wanting to be diverted from ‘my life path’ and ‘what I like’ – where I do not want to step away from doing that which I have defined within myself as that which I “like” and will avoid and ignore all points which I have defined within myself as that which I “do not like” – without ever seeing/realizing/understanding that these likes and dislikes came about through memory – where I for instance did not understand something which was being said on the news about economics and within that moment decided that “economics is not for me”, and where from this moment forth, this is what economics is to me – where I will only every see/view/interact/participate with economics with the preset idea that “it is not for me” – and thus never actually deal with economics itself, but only ever with my idea as my opinion which I bring up within myself each time I am faced with a point in relation to economics

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise, that the “decision” to ‘not like’ economics, was never a real decision made by me, but a preference which emerged from memory: where I in the past reacted to not understanding economics, and where the reaction which emerged there in itself was also the result of memory before that – and thus I have never ever really lived or made any decisions, but only ever lived as memory within and as value judgments towards everything and everyone in my world – where within every moment that I am not here breathing as the Real Character which is the Physical Body which is part of this entire Physical Existence – I am only living as memories and creating new memories through memories and within that never ever participating and interacting with the real world – as I am the prisoner in Plato’s cave – only seeing the shadows as my opinions, ideas and beliefs – and never ever seeing, feeling, touching the real thing – as that which really matters, which is this Physical Earth and all physical bodies on Earth – and ensuring its optimum functioning

 I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that personal likes and dislikes created through memory are really irrelevant when one’s goal is to change the world, including self – as personal likes and dislikes as opinion is that which divides us and moves us away from that which we all share: which is the physical -- and our Human Physical Bodies as the Real Characters – and within that I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise the importance of taking care of all beings Real Character equally as the Physical plane we all share, which is the ONLY real reality and the only reality which should be of importance to each and every single one of us

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to try and attempt to hide from economics – which is like trying to avoid seeing my reflection in reflective surfaces – as what I am trying to hide from is myself, as this very world and existence came about through our agreement to give more value to thought as energy, as entertainment, instead of focusing on the only real value which is Life, here as the physical

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise – that within me not being in conflict with the economic system and the world, I am in fact agreeing and giving it permission to exist

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I can afford to ‘not know about economics’, within the belief that economics does not affect my Li(f)e as wants, needs and desires – without seeing/realising/understanding that economics within this world is that which defines, shapes and forms my life – but since I was born in an environment with money to sustain myself, I don’t care about anything or anyone else, as I am in a position to entertain my thoughts and follow the energies as feelings and emotions within me – drifting away from the real world and the real suffering taking place every single day

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that that which really matters is the Real Character within and as the Physical, and within that I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to have seen/realized my responsibility within ensuring that all Real Characters as Physical Bodies are equally taken care off as myself – and thus I must make it my quest to ensure that all physical bodies as myself are equally taken care off through educating myself on the system which drives and defines this wellbeing through the channelling of money as our economic system – so I may see/realise/understand how it actually operates and correct the flaws within the economic system as I correct them within myself within taking responsibility and embracing the Real Character as the Physical – to make sure that we establish an Economic System of Care, which ensures everyone’s wellbeing within the understanding of that which really matters, which is that which is always Here as this Physical Existence – while thoughts, emotions, feelings, energy, likes and dislikes end at the point of Death, and can thus be completely disregarded

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to place the responsibility of fixing the Mess we created on Earth upon the shoulder of others – without seeing and realising that we created this Mess through collective agreement, and thus it will require collective agreement Breath by Breath to Clean up our Mess as we re-create the current World of Abuse to a World that’s Best for All – which is the only Creation worthwhile investing in. And within that I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to realise my responsibility and live my responsibility Breath by Breath within correcting myself and this existence as myself – the same way as I moment by moment through only ever living within and through Memories and various different Characters, created this Mess in the first Place

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that within wanting others to “fix the problem” – I am in fact signing away my right to Life, as within the statement of not wanting to take responsibility – I state that I do not care – and thus, others should not care about me – and within that place myself within the position of slave where I am bound to go through whatever it is others decide for me, and within that I have no right to complain, because after all: I signed away my right to Life

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that living a Li(f)e where I do not take responsibility and am an absolute slave by my own doing – is not a nice way to go through life – and thus I stop and I embrace responsibility within the realization/understanding that, that which I require to take responsibility for is Equal and One to and as my nature as that which I require to face and correct within myself – which is the only way we can ever correct this World for real, anything less would be a delusion – and so I/we walk, Breath by Breath, correcting ourselves and this moment with every Breath we take as our Commitment to Life

Day 33 - Child Soldiers – Part 2

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that the phenomenon of child soldiers only exists within poor, undeveloped, uncivilized countries/areas within the world

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise, that the so called “developed” countries also participate within the manifestation of child soldiers – where for instance in the United Kingdom children from the age of 16 can join the army on “voluntary” basis – where this “choice” to “volunteer” for the army is directly based on the economic and social background the child is coming from, and is thus not volunteering at all – but being forced to join the army as no other alternative is available

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that most child soldiers are between the age of 14 and 17 – and that thus children from the so called “developed” countries also are part of this range, contributing to the population of child soldiers within this world

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself see and realise the absolute contradiction and madness within allowing a 16 year old to join the army – where at 16 years old they are allowed to join the army and train with live ammunition, but are not allowed to vote, drink beer, ride a motorbike – or watch X-rated DVDs such as “Apocalypse Now” as the horrors of war presented in the movie are too violent for a 16 year old to witness -- WTF

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that the rest of the world is just as messed up – where children of the age of 16 are allowed to join the army with the consent of their parents – and where children coming from a poor background and a lack of education find it hard to resist such an “opportunity” – where they will sign up to join the army and where the parents will agree as they too see no other way of earning a living within the current economic conditions of this world – and where the child is not allowed at the age of 18 to review his or her decision with an informed conscience – ending up being locked in their position for 4 additional years after their 18th birthday – which is longer than those who sign up at the age of 18 --

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that all countries and all governments are underdeveloped as long as war is considered a solution to a problem and where human beings from one country are trained to kill other human beings from another country

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that placing an 18 year old, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23,… – 100 year old in the position of being a soldier and killing other beings is ALSO completely unacceptable – as war in itself is completely unacceptable and thus no person at any age ought to be in the position of being a soldier and waging war – as I do not see myself fit / wanting to be in war at any age, any stage in my life –  and whether one is under or above 18 does not change the absolute atrocity existent within the manifestation of war and its destruction

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a world where it is seen as exemplary when people enlist within the army where they are trained to kill others – while those who refuse to enlist in the army and thus refuse to kill other beings are labelled and treated as cowards

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that we as a society have our values all twisted

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that children should be able to join the army if the army will accept them as it works perfectly along the lines of the supply and demand mechanism – without stopping for a moment and considering why these children would want to enlist in the army an why armies require soldiers and why we wage war within this world


I commit myself to expose that there is no difference between so called “developed” and “developing” countries in terms of child soldiers – as both participate within this phenomena

I commit myself to expose the absolute insanity, madness and contradiction existent within this world where beings who are not old enough to vote or watch a war movie are allowed to enlist in the army

I commit myself to expose that the current world system does not care about its citizens at all – but only values them in so much that they can be used as tools for the quest of resources and thus money

I commit myself to expose that the human race hasn’t evolved at all – as war has been the distinctive characteristic of the human race throughout time – killing others needlessly for resources when there is enough for everyone – but we’ve accepted greed and self-interest to override real Love as Giving to All Equally!

I commit myself to expose that the human race has in fact Devolved as more resources are being spend and directed towards weapons and military purposes than ever before – while at the same time the level of suffering as poverty and starvation has never been this high

I commit myself to expose that any person at any age is unfit to be a soldier in war as war in its very essence is completely atrocious and should NOT EXIST and NO-ONE should ever have to be put in the position of killing other human beings – which in the end is done in the name of Profit within the Human holding on to Greed and Self-Interest

I commit myself to expose the absolute fucked-up-ness that has become of us human beings and how we treat others with absolutely no dignity or respect where those with money will recruit those with no money to do their dirty work as they will do anything for some money to survive in this world and where their survival is dependent on the killing of others

I commit myself to expose that war in itself is absolutely unacceptable as THERE IS ANOTHER WAY as the Equal Money System where resources will be distributed equally and responsibly – and where the future of a demarcated area such as a country is not defined by the luck or unluck of available resources in its territory – as all beings will be taken care of on the principle of Life and what is Best for All

Day 15: SAPs: Structural Adjustment Programs or Silent Annihilation of the Poor?

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see and realise the consequences due to badly designed policies such as Structural Adjustment Programs where the Developed Countries apparently do the Lesser Developed Countries (LDCs) a favour through granting them a loan, where a whole bunch of conditionalities are attached to this loan which actually on work in the favour of the "Developed Countries"

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that in the current world economic system the lifestyle and consumption habits of the rich nations are only sustainable at the expense of the continued deterioration of living standards of the poor nations

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to impose rules unto other which I do not follow myself such as demanding LDCs to drop their protectionist barriers, tariffs and quotas while I as the Developed Countries will maintain and even raise more barriers to "protect" myself/ourselves from the cheap goods coming from poor countries

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that the hypocrisy of economists all around the globe is costing millions of lives

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a world where 21 000 children die on Earth EVERY DAY

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to make an issue of the thousands of children dying every day

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a world where money is more important than the lives of others -- where the media will not broadcast what is going on day in and day out in terms of people dying where a child dies every 4 seconds yet it is not considered news worthy

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a world where humans will only 'move' when they are triggered through "sensationalism" -- and thus the media and the news will not broadcast the thousands of people dying every day but will broadcast conflicts, earthquakes, war and tsunamis -- and within that I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that the 21 000 children (and that is only children under 5!) dying every day, is the equivalent to a 2011 Libya conflict-scale death toll happening every day, equivalent to as 2010 Haiti earthquake occurring every 10 days, a 2004 Asian Tsunami occurring every 11 days, an Iraq-scale death toll every 19-46 days -- yet somehow these sporadic events are more newsworthy and more "sensational" and the death and despair happening --every--single--day

I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see and realise that I am an accomplice in child murder every moment of every day as long as the current world economic system is maintained and supported -- as the current world economic system does not care about poverty, hunger and disease when they are happening to the poor -- which turn out to be the majority of the population

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a world where 2.5 billion people lack access to improved sanitation -- while others have their bathrooms made out of gold

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a world where 1 billion children are deprived of one or more services essential to survival and development -- while others have more money than they can ever spend

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a world of polarity where 1.1 billion people are underweight and at the same time 1.1 billion people are overweight -- indicating that there's some serious shit going on in the world

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created and allowed a world to exist where 40-50% of all food for harvest never gets eaten -- while more than half of the population on Earth does not get their basic food requirements met


I commit myself to change the current world economic system of murder and genocide to a world economic system of LIFE

I commit myself to expose the horror and atrocities committed daily through simple acceptance and allowance of the status quo

I commit myself to expose the media for the money-grabbing industry it is -- an industry which is not interested in truly reporting the state of the world but only wants to broadcast "News" as "Sensationalism" and since the continued suffering of our fellow human beings in the world is not "new" anymore it is simply neglected

I commit myself to the transformation of the media and "watchdogs" of the world to a media which truly report the events occurring around the world without being selective about that is broadcasted based on the motivation of money

I commit myself to expose how the current world economic system where the Money God rules, demands a child sacrifice every 4 seconds which is willingly offered by us collectively through our acceptances and allowances

I commit myself to expose the evil that has become of us humans and the extent that we will abuse one another in the name of Money and Dreams

I commit myself to a New world economic system as Equal Money where all humans basic needs will be cared for -- out with the golden toilets!

I commit myself to the re-evaluation of all economic policies as they were only ever done from the starting point of self-interest and greed and NEVER within the best interest of the whole

I commit myself to the establishment of a World Economic System which is Best for All Life
