Day 169: Equal Living within Equal Money Capitalism

Note: The EMC is an entirely new project that was started a week ago or so. We’re at the moment in the phase where we are brainstorming by answering questions. It’s a messy process – but an effective one to get all the relevant points addressed. So – also note that points will evolve and change as we go as we are not setting things in stone, but on a journey towards designing the EMC. The principles upon which EMC is based are laid out in the previous blog-posts. From those principles, we work our way towards what life in EMC would practically be like and how the system will function from an economic perspective.

Debt Forgiveness

Q: If all debt is relieved, won’t there all of a sudden be a large group with no jobs all at once”

A: Those who may find themselves in a position of unemployment as the result of Complete Debt Forgiveness will either be integrated into other companies - or government will provide them with new jobs. Preferably, these types of outflows would have to be considered before implementation to ensure smooth transitioning from one system to the next – and would thus have to be calculated and planned prior to full implementation.

Countries

Q: Will people be able to choose in which countries they will live?

A: Yes – though in the end, every location will be supported and equipped equally in terms of infrastructure to ensure an equal standard of living in every location / country. This in itself will minimize the amount of migration as migration currently is mostly based on economic reasons.

What happens with Deficits / Surpluses?

Q: Since a person’s income is dependent on the profit from products being purchased, if the products are not purchased enough to give them sufficient income, do they get supported from compassion department, while it gets sorted out?

A: Yes, those companies that are very successful and sell more than they require paying out everyone with the same income will transfer their funds into a centralized bank. The bank will then utilise these surpluses to momentarily subsidize those companies who are running a deficit. The fact that they are running a deficit may indicate a point of ineffectiveness within those companies which may be corrected. When deficits are identified - someone will be sent to intervene and evaluate the situation. The company with deficit will receive training from similar companies who have proven to be effective and successful, so they may learn from their methods and techniques and become equally effective.

Bottom-Up Democracy

Q: So this will be a top-down system like today's?

A: No - because the top is the bottom - direct democracy means that the people rule. Equal Money Capitalism’s political process will be the same as the process outlined within the Equal Money System – which is a form of Direct Participation. You can read more about the Political Nature of both Equal Money Systems here.

Payments for Non-Products?

Q: How do people earn an income from jobs that don't produce a product that is purchased, or will everyone need to do a job that produces something to be bought? or does compensation also happen as paid from the government not just consumers purchasing products?

A: Yes - any value that is added - whether to a product or not - will be compensated. So - for government services - you simply do your hours and receive an equal income like everyone else. Whenever you purchase a product or a service – you are always paying for the labour involved, as such there is no difference when paying for a product versus paying for a service.

Day 125: Double Con - Australian Mining Interests in Africa

The Australian Government is channeling money which was allocated as Australian Aid Funds towards companies who are members of the Australian Africa Mining Group Industry. Instead of this money being used for that it was allocated for, it is being used by these Australian mining companies to further their own interests.

They have been using the Aid money to fund their own Corporate Social Responsibility programs.

Now, Corporoate Social Responsibilities programs or short - CSR - is supposed to be the an initiative coming from the company itself, where the company shows that it is not just interested with profit maximization but also wants to contribute to the environment and social community and show that it has some ethical values.

Obviously, this sort of initiatives/projects are supposed to be funded with the companies own money, as a sign of good-will, where the company "gives something back" to the community it is taking from.

So now, these Mining companies, are using Aid money to fund their CSR projects, as a PR-stunt, to make them look good and responsible, while of course if this money hadn't been available, they wouldn't have done it -- so it's really just a con. Furthermore, a lot of these companies have been known to be involved in human right violation, labour abuse, corruption and non-compliance with environmental laws.

So this whole CSR in itself is already quite a scam , as a 'band-aid' for all the corporate sins, where they show a little goodwill here and there but where the corporate word/system will not have a look at how these sins came about and so do away with the traditional way of doing business and come up with a new business design which is not drenched within complete inconsideration and disregard for Life on Earth and the natural balance of things -- because if they had, they would not have to go and make a little 'corporate social responsibility' project on the side -- their whole way of doing business would be Living Responsibility which is the only way we are ever going to be able to produce and distribute goods and services on Earth without creating disastrous consequences for current and future generations.

So I guess in a way, these companies are tired of 'keeping up the facade' Of "goodwill" and "good intentions" -- where they blatantly use Aid money to fund their so called "goodwill" -- while at the same time preventing this money from actually going to people who need it -- I mean, Africa's already poor, now here comes some Rich country and exploit the mineral resources while at the same time denying it aid so that it can use that money for its own private interests.

But then, again -- aid money is also not a solution, which you can read about in these blogs:
Day 20: The Insanity of Economics - Food Aid Does not Help the Poor
Day 106: Structural Adjustment
Famine Caused by Excess of Food - Only in Capitalism!

So what is the solution?

The solution is the way of the Equal Money System, where we take a whole new look at how we do things in this world -- as all can clearly see that what is going on in this world is a Complete Fuck-Up and this could have only been brought about by us human beings acting in a way that support Fuck Ups.

Check out the Goals, check out the Wiki and Vote/Comment on the policies. Here's a real solution to the problems in our world, which will be integrated into every aspect of society -- so we can do away with 'band-aid' solutions which make us 'feel better' but make no actual contribution to manifesting actual change in this world.

Day 103: Abstract Equality

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a system that values Equality only in thought

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a system that promotes Equality to gain a sense of acceptance and promote an image of goodwill – while at the same time only upholding this principle in one’s mind within stating that everyone is equal but yet at the same time removing self from taking any practical steps to move this ‘Abstract Equality’ to ‘Concrete Equality’

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a system of manipulation that tricks people into believing that Equality is important and that everyone is considered Equal – simply for the sake of having the word ‘Equality’ attached to one’s specific ideology as it promotes a positive energy and is good PR for one’s ideology campaign

I forgive myself that I haven’t accepted and allowed myself to see the manipulation within the current system as being two-faced – where the system promotes equality and inequality at the same time – where equality is upheld and valued in only an abstract sense and inequality is upheld and valued in the concrete sense which can clearly be seen in the inequality in resource access people have today

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created the perfect trap where one can have each hand in a different cookie jar – where the one hand is in the inequality cookie jar and the other in the equality cookie jar – where one states that equality is important and at the same time state that not everyone is equal in terms of talents, skills, education, drive – and then use this as a justification as to why inequality is inevitable – without ever for a moment stopping and looking at how we can adjust reality so that even though people are not equal we can still treat and create a system of support that will assist and support all to become the best version of themselves

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have created a system where Equality is apparently valued within saying that this Equality is only abstract, meaning that it is something we value but will not act upon which is really just another way of saying that it is not valued – otherwise the necessary steps would have been taken to practically manifest abstract equality into concreteness

I commit myself to show that we have been sold a lie where all those promoting ‘Equality’ are only interested in equality as ‘thought’ where one can ‘think’ inside oneself that another is equal yet not act upon it / make it a physical reality and so we have all been conned to believe that people actually care about Equality while all the while all that’s been cared about is creating a false image to justify inequality

I commit myself to show that Equality has been abused within only been taken into consideration in an ‘abstract’ form which only exists/resides in the realm of the mind and has no actual practical, physical implication – where equality has been reduced to a mere thought, a prayer that has lost all meaning in this world

I commit myself to show that the way inequality has been justified is unacceptable since we accepted and allowed ourselves to recognize inequality yet failed to do anything about it, and rather abuse/exploit this opportunity to make the best out of it for ourselves only while those who are clearly disadvantages – and most by chance only – are left to fend for themselves and we tell ourselves at night that “it’s just inevitable ” to be able to sleep and not stay awake from guilt and shame

I commit myself to show that the only “ideology” which truly values Equality is the Equal Money System which actually cares to move Abstract Equality into Concrete Equality and to no more allow ridiculous excuses/justifications as why we allow inequality in this world
